An established barbershop in San Isidro (Tenerife), with 116+ reviews and 4.9★ on Google — but stuck with a template website that didn't do it justice: around 2.4 visits a month, the search “santos barber” stranded on page 2 of Google for 7 months, weak SEO and thin content.
I rebuilt it from scratch. A dark, editorial design of its own, built from the logo and real photos of the renovated shop. Trilingual ES/EN/DE for the British and German tourism of the south. A bespoke reviews carousel with the real Google photos and a live Google reviews badge. Online booking (cal.eu) and WhatsApp. Full technical SEO and no third-party cookies. Lighthouse 99–100 on desktop.
