Common questions before signing
Is the website really mine?
The domain and your content are in your name from day 1. I hand over the code and accesses after 3 paid months, without waiting for the plan to end. Once the 12 months are up you can stay with me or take the site to another provider, no strings.
Can I cancel before 12 months?
Yes. You cancel by paying 50% of the remaining months. That settles the plan and I hand over the site with code and accesses.
What if I need more than 2 hours of changes per month?
The 2 hours are for day-to-day changes: text, opening hours, prices, photos. If you need more, it's €40/h, no minimum.
Why 12 months and not monthly?
Because building a site of up to 10 pages in 3 languages, copy included, is weeks of work that I give you with nothing upfront and recover over the year. If you'd rather pay the setup and stay free to leave, that's Plan Teide Esencial.
Do you use WordPress?
No. I work with Astro and Next.js (React) and choose per project: Astro for content sites (restaurants, hotels, excursions) and Next.js when something more complex is needed, such as bookings or an online shop. Both produce light pages that load fast; the Santos Barbertop site scores 99–100 in Lighthouse on desktop. Speed helps, but Google ranks on many signals, so I don’t promise positions. What happens after 12 months?
Three options — you choose:
1. Peace of Mind Plan — €70/month (recommended)
The option that keeps your site growing: hosting, domain, security, daily backups, automatic 24/7 monitoring, 1 hour/month of changes included, WhatsApp support with a reply within 24 hours, monthly Google Business Profile management, monthly Search Console review and performance report.
2. Basic Plan — €40/month
Keeps the site alive without active management: hosting, domain, security, daily backups, automatic 24/7 monitoring and technical updates. Does not include content changes or Google Business management.
3. Hosting Only — €19/month
The bare-minimum option: just hosting and domain. If something breaks or needs updating, it's not covered. Recommended only if you plan to manage the site yourself or if you'll migrate it elsewhere soon.
Or you take the site to another provider: you've had the code and access since month 3.
Do you issue invoices? Is IGIC added?
Yes. Monthly invoice, fully compliant, and the price is final, with no IGIC added. We are registered freelancers in the Canary Islands.
