Since September 2026, the main way to work with me has changed. It's called Plan Teide Esencial: a custom website for €195 setup and €35/month, no lock-in. This post explains what's included, what isn't, and the 12-month rule that makes the price possible. I'd rather you read it here, calmly, than find it in a contract.
Why I'm changing the offer
Until now I offered two things: a plan at €97/month for 12 months with nothing upfront, and a website for a one-off €750. The first still exists, now as the upper tier. The second is retired. The reason is simple: a small business doesn't want to build a business case to decide whether it has a website. It wants to try without risking much, and to know exactly what happens if it doesn't work out.
And there's another reality: the competition is free. Some platforms give away a page on their own subdomain, and grant programmes pay the provider for the site without you spending a euro. You don't win against "free" by arguing about price. You only win with what the site brings afterwards: calls, bookings, people walking through the door. So the price had to come down to where trying doesn't hurt, and what counts is the result.
What does Plan Teide Esencial include for €195 + €35/month?
- Custom website, up to 5 pages
- Real photos of your business, no stock
- In Spanish and English
- Local SEO so people find you in Tenerife
- Google Business Profile set up
- Hosting included
- Domain included
- One-tap WhatsApp
- Small changes included: text, opening hours, prices, photos
- WhatsApp support
The €35/month covers hosting, domain, support and the small everyday changes: new opening hours, a price that goes up, a photo that changes. You send it on WhatsApp and I do it. There are no separate hosting or domain invoices.
How you ask for changes
On WhatsApp, with no switchboard and no middlemen: the person who answers is the person who built the site and maintains it. To get a change right first time, it helps if you send me:
- The exact text, as you want it to appear, and which page it goes on.
- The original photo, not a screenshot or an image that has been forwarded several times.
- When it starts, if it's holiday opening hours or a price that changes on a set date.
Anything that isn't a small change is quoted separately: a new section, an extra language or a redesign. I tell you the price before I touch anything, and if it doesn't suit you, the site stays as it was.
What it doesn't include, and what each thing is for
- More than 5 pages, a third language, copy written by me, or a Google profile managed every month. That's Plan Teide Completo: €0 upfront and €97/month for 12 months.
- Table bookings for restaurants and bars. That's Plan Teide Esencial + Reservas, €295 + €65/month: real availability with no double bookings, a digital menu you update yourself and a panel with the day's bookings. It lives on your own website and takes no commission per cover.
- Online stores, payments on the site, hotel bookings, chains or customer areas. Custom-quoted from €1,500.
Who owns the website? The 12-month rule, plainly
This is the part I want you to understand well, because it's what makes it possible to charge €195 for a site built from scratch.
- While you're subscribed: the site runs and I maintain it. The domain and your content (text and photos) are in your name from day 1.
- If you cancel before 12 months: you give 30 days' notice and pay nothing more. The site goes offline. You keep your domain and your content. What isn't handed over is the site's code.
- After 12 paid months: the site becomes yours. I hand over the code and every access. The €35/month continues only if you want me to keep maintaining it, with no need to switch to a maintenance plan; otherwise you take it wherever you like. Since the domain was already in your name, you don't depend on me to move it.
Why this way? Because building a custom site takes weeks of work, and €195 doesn't pay for them. The monthly fee pays for them over the year. If you stay the year, the deal is fair for both of us: you have a site that cost you €615 in total and is yours; I've been paid for the work. If you leave in month two, you've paid €265 for two months of a working site and tied yourself to nothing.
Esencial or Completo: which one fits
Plan Teide Completo is the upper tier. It includes everything in Esencial and more, but above all it changes how you pay and when you get the code. This table puts the two side by side:
| What changes | Plan Teide Esencial | Plan Teide Completo |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | €195 | €0 |
| Monthly fee | €35/month | €97/month |
| Commitment | None: cancel with 30 days' notice | 12 months; cancel early and you pay 50% of the remaining months |
| First-year total | €615 | €1,164 |
| Pages | Up to 5 | Up to 10 |
| Languages | Spanish and English | Up to 3 |
| Copy | You send it to me | I write it |
| Changes | Small ones: text, opening hours, prices and photos | 2 hours a month |
| Google profile | Set up | Managed, with 1 post a month and a monthly ranking report |
| Code and accesses | After 12 paid months | After 3 paid months |
In short: Esencial asks for a small setup fee and doesn't tie you in, in exchange for waiting until month 12 for the code. Completo has no setup fee and hands over the code sooner, in exchange for a 12-month commitment. If you don't need more pages, a third language, copy written by me or the code early, start with Esencial.
What I can show with data
I won't tell you invented stories. I have one published case, my first client: Santos Barbertop, a barbershop in San Isidro. The old site got around 2.4 visits a month and a search for its own name sat on page 2 of Google. Three months after launch, the new site was in the top 3 for "peluquería san isidro" and at an average position of 3 for "barbería san isidro", with around 45 visits a month from Spain and 9 in 10 clicks from a phone. By September, the search for its name was on page 1.
Two things so you read that correctly. First: that site wasn't built on Plan Teide Esencial. It was a barter collaboration that predates this plan, and it's trilingual with online booking, so it has more than Esencial includes. I show it because it's my only published case with verified data. Second: I'm not promising you those positions, because they depend on your area, your competitors and your reviews. What I do show you is real data, with its source, on the case study page.
Who is it for, and who isn't it for?
Barbershops, hair salons, bars, restaurants, physios, gyms, garages, locksmiths, electricians, small shops, beauty centres. Tenerife businesses that need to be found on Google and want customers to reach them on WhatsApp in one tap.
And it's not for you if:
- You sell online, take payments on the site or manage rooms. That's a custom project with its own quote.
- You need more than 5 pages, a third language or someone to write your copy. That's Completo.
- You want the code and accesses as soon as possible. On Esencial they come after 12 paid months; on Completo, after 3.
- You run a restaurant or bar and what you're missing is table bookings. That's what Esencial + Reservas is for.
- You only need one specific thing fixed, like your Google profile or your business WhatsApp. For that I have one-off services (in Spanish), with no monthly fee.
- Your social media already brings you all the customers you can handle. Then you may not need to pay for a website yet, and I'd rather tell you that than sell you one.
How to start
A 15-minute call on WhatsApp. You tell me about your business and I tell you honestly whether Esencial, Completo or neither fits. If we go ahead, you send me logo, photos and text, and 10 working days after I have everything, the site is live. The details are on the Plan Teide Esencial page.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. You cancel whenever you like with 30 days' notice, no penalty. If you do it before month 12, the site goes offline and the code isn't handed over, but the domain, your text and your photos are still yours.
Are there any costs beyond the setup fee and the monthly fee?
Hosting and domain are inside the monthly fee, with no separate invoices. The only things quoted separately are those outside the plan, like a new section, an extra language or a redesign, and I tell you the price before starting.
Who provides the text and photos?
You do. At the start you fill in a simple form with your logo, photos and text, and I design the site from that. If you'd rather I write the copy, that's part of Plan Teide Completo.
How long until it's live?
10 working days from when I have all the material. I show you the site before it goes live, and revisions on WhatsApp are included.
Can the site be in German too?
Esencial comes in Spanish and English. An extra language is quoted separately, and Plan Teide Completo includes up to 3 languages.
Does the fee change after month 12?
If you want me to keep maintaining the site, you keep paying €35/month. If you'd rather take it with you, you stop paying and keep the code and accesses.
