Is the website really mine?+

Yes. The domain is in your name from day 1. The code is yours. You can migrate to another provider when the contract ends. No strings.

Can I cancel before 12 months?+

Yes. You cancel by paying 50% of the remaining months. The website remains yours.

What if I need more than 2 hours of changes per month?+

The 2 hours cover 90% of what most local businesses typically need. If you need more, it's €40/h, no minimum.

Why 12 months and not monthly?+

Because building a custom website costs me real time (€750+ of work). I give it to you free upfront and recover it over the year.

Do you use WordPress?+

No. I work with Astro and Next.js (React) — I pick the right tool per project. Astro for content sites (restaurants, hotels, tours): ultra-fast, perfect SEO. Next.js when you need complex features like bookings or ecommerce. Both load 10x faster than WordPress and rank better on Google.

What happens after 12 months?+

Three options — you choose:

1. Plan Tranquilidad — €70/month (recommended)
The option that keeps your site growing: hosting, domain, security, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring, 1 hour/month of changes included, 24h WhatsApp support, monthly Google Business Profile management, monthly Search Console review and performance report.

2. Plan Básico — €40/month
Keeps the site alive without active management: hosting, domain, security, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring and technical updates. Does not include content changes or Google Business management.

3. Hosting Only — €19/month
The bare-minimum option: just hosting and domain. If something breaks or needs updating, it's not covered. Recommended only if you plan to manage the site yourself or if you'll migrate it elsewhere soon.

Or you take the site to another provider — I send all code and access, no problem. The site is yours from day 1.

Do you issue invoices with IGIC?+

Yes. Monthly invoice, fully compliant. We are registered freelancers in the Canary Islands.
